Q: What kind of pets do you allow?
A: Dogs, Cats, and other household domestic animals. Dogs and Cats must be house broken and all other pets must be caged.

A: $25 Valet Trash, $5.00 Pest Control, Water is sub-metered based on usage.
Q: What are the income and credit qualifications?
A: 3x the monthly rent, require proof of income, 3rd party credit screen
Q: What is acceptable proof of income to sign a lease?
A: 2 most current paystubs, 2 most current months of bank statements, Offer Letter, Current W2
Q: What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
A: The roommate will not be approved to lease/live onsite.
Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A: Yes
Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: Would have to provide a 60-day written notice, pay termination fee and any concessions given.
Q: Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
A: Lease will automatically default into a MTM after completion unless you renew or give a 60-day written notice.

Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A: Yes, you are responsible for payments getting into office on time.

A: Yes, we do not sign for packages, but we accept and send an email notification of package.
Q: Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
A: We no longer call it a Preferred Employers. It is now called a Corporate Advantage Program. Yes, we waive the admin fee ($150).

Pet Policy

Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first animal plus $350 for each additional animal.

Monthly Rent of $15/pet/month.

Breed Restrictions

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
